Attended bootcamp training hosted by my professor. Involved in different kinds of web technologies in front-end and back-end. Also developed simple apps using HTML, CSS, Javascript, NodeJs, MongoDB, Bootstrap, Git, and other web technologies.

Worked as Desktop, Telco and Network support. Involved in desktop hardware & software troubleshooting and network & Avaya phone troubleshooting.

Responsible for maintaining and deploying of workstations, monitor and diagnose network problems, configuring of Avaya phones, configuring of user accounts via PBX, ticketing, data management, and active directory.

Worked as IT support. Involved in hardware troubleshooting and clerical works.
